mim install mmdetection不成功的解决办法

mim可以很方便安装mmdetection大礼包，但有时候会遇到长时间无法安装的问题。

其实，主要是github访问的问题。咱们替换个github镜像链接就可以解决：

miminstall mmdetection -f https://github.com.cnpmjs.org/open-mmlab/mmdetection.git
